Movement is dynamic
Important to understand: the 4 P's are not personality types. They describe professional directions of movement within the method that everyone has and can show, depending on context, situation and the need of the moment.
People move between these directions. Some directions feel more natural and take less effort (preferred flows), while others demand more effort (stretch flows). This is what DEaLflow maps out.
The directions of movement and energy of the P's flow into DEaLflows – behavioural streams that show which flows feel natural and effortless (preferred flows) and which take more effort (stretch flows). People switch between these flows depending on what the situation and context require.
