As a certified practitioner or professional you apply the DEaLflow method methodically within coaching, HR, team development, leadership development, sustainable employability and organisational development. You learn to administer and interpret the DEaLflow analysis and translate it into concrete interventions and conversations around behaviour, motivation, work energy and collaboration.
The DEaLflow Method has two certification tracks: the Practitioner (DFM-EP) and the Professional (DFM-PRO). Both routes lead to certified application of the method, differing in depth, target audience and scope of application. Also available as an in-company programme.
