Team in motion

    For organisations and teams

    Team in Flow

Discover what sets people in motion and how to make use of differences within teams. With Team in Flow you apply the DEaLflow Method to collaboration, development and shared results. Facilitated by certified DEaLflow professionals.

    From gap to flow.

Wherever people work together, differences emerge. In perspective, ambition, generation, pace and approach. That needn't be a problem. It is often precisely in those differences that the room to move forward lies.

Team in Flow reveals where things rub, where energy is created and what it takes to move forward together.

Not from a standard programme, but from a single question:

What does the challenge call for?

Where is your team getting stuck?

    • Energy drains away in meetings
    • People no longer move together
    • Irritations stay below the surface
    • Pace and approach clash
    • Good intentions, little movement
    • Teams work past each other
    • Differences in pace and approach cause delays
    • Collaboration stalls between departments

The problem rarely lies in the content, but in how people move and work together.

    What is Team in Flow

Team in Flow is a practical application of the DEaLflow Method within teams and organisations. It starts with insight: where is the team right now, and what does it need to get moving again?

The method creates a safe environment in which the conversation is about behaviour, not about the person. By speaking in terms of energy and movement, it becomes almost impossible to make it personal. That makes it safe to look honestly at what is really happening.

Before the team programme starts, each team member individually completes the DEaLflow® Analysis. It maps personal directions of movement: the preferred flows and the flows that lie further from your natural preference. Everyone can use all eight flows; some movements simply call for more conscious adaptation. Your own DEaLkite also becomes visible: the personal force field of behaviour, with the talent field, the strength zone, the resistance zone and the adaptation zone with flow zone. Every team member receives a complete report.

    The Teamflow banner

The Teamflow banner: mapping behaviour with the DEaLflow Method

    Pin down behaviour, not labels

No labels, but insight into behaviour and movement.

How does the Teamflow banner work?

The Teamflow banner maps the team systemically and safely, with the conversation always focused on behaviour. We start with the reason, the context or the team goal. That gives direction: every behavioural insight is linked directly to what is really going on.

That is what makes the model unique. Alongside individual and team insights, it creates an immediate link to the context and a framework for deeper conversation, both with the individual through the DEaLkite and with the team as a whole. The result is understanding at a deeper level, without it becoming personal.

Who is Team in Flow for?

Organisations that want to strengthen collaboration

HR and L&D professionals who want to open up conversations about behaviour

Management teams that want to create momentum

Project organisations that get stuck in team dynamics

    Where does your question lie?

Team in Flow is always applied within a concrete context.

How does your team fit the challenge?

Every team has something to do. Delivering a project, implementing a change, collaborating under pressure or sharing responsibility for a complex challenge.

But what does that challenge ask of the team? And what happens to people while they work on it?

Team in Flow reveals how people look at the challenge, how the team gets moving and what that asks of each individual in terms of energy. Not to put people in boxes, but to understand together what is happening and to give it a language.

    Seeing

From which perspective do we look at our challenge?

People don't automatically look at their work from the same perspective. One person focuses more readily on what needs to happen today, while another looks sooner at coherence, progress or the longer term.

With KiteView we make these natural perspectives visible: Detail, Focus, Overview, Interconnection and Panorama. None is better than another. Not a level, capability or label, but the starting point from which someone most easily begins to look.

What do we see naturally? What do others see sooner? And what does our challenge ask of our perspective?

    Moving

How do we move while working on the challenge?

From seeing, people move to doing. Natural movements emerge in a team: achieving results, finding solutions, innovating, experiencing, connecting, supporting, exploring content and organising processes.

With Team Flow we reveal which verbs and movements come easily, which the team uses a lot or little, and what the challenge actually needs.

What do we do naturally? Where might we linger too long? And which movement does the situation call for now?

    Energy

What does that do to the people who have to do it?

Not every movement costs everyone the same amount of energy. What feels natural to one person may require sustained adaptation from another.

With the DEaLkite we explore where someone can contribute from natural strength, where switching is quite possible and where the challenge structurally requires a lot of adaptation.

What can people carry easily? Where does it cost energy? And what is needed to keep contributing effectively and sustainably?

    One continuous movement

From challenge to insight, movement and results. And back again.

What does the challenge call for?

    A language that lasts

Team in Flow doesn't just provide insight on the day itself. It creates a shared language that teams can keep using at work to discuss what is happening.

    Not this

“That's just the way you are.”

    But this

    • “I think we're looking at this from different perspectives.”
    • “We're very much in the Process Flow. What else does this situation call for?”
    • “I notice this movement is asking more and more adaptation from me.”

That way, differences are less likely to become personal judgements. The team develops a shared language to explore what is happening, where things rub and what the challenge calls for.
