The first certification training is a fact

The first certification training is a fact

The first official certification training of the DEaLflow Method has been completed. An important milestone, not just for the method itself, but above all for the professionals who are now putting it to work.

During an intensive day of certification training, participants explored the core of the DEaLflow Method: the dynamic view of people, the eight energy flows and working with the DEaLkite as a conversation framework. They practised administering and interpreting the DEaLflow analysis, and experienced how to translate insights into development, selection and team conversations.

    What makes this training different?

The certification training is not a knowledge transfer. It is an experiential journey. Participants work with their own profile, practise with real cases and learn how to apply the model in their own practice. That keeps the step from theory to application small and concrete.

    Certified: what next?

After certification, participants are qualified to administer the DEaLflow analysis and use it in their own work. Whether in coaching, selection, team development or career guidance. They gain access to the platform, the reports and the network of certified professionals.

    A growing network

With this first group of certified professionals, the network of people working from a dynamic view of human behaviour continues to grow. Not labelling, but moving. Not typifying, but understanding where energy is released.

    Upcoming trainings

The next certification trainings are scheduled. Visit the Certification page for current dates and options.

We look back on a successful start and forward to what comes next.
